Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IP1 Blog collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, who else receives it, and what you can do about it. It applies to en.ip1blog.com and to no other site.

IP1 Blog is an independent publication. It is not a government agency, and nothing you send us goes to one. We cannot look up, change or check anyone’s benefit case, and we have no access to any government record.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

Izzoto Digital LTDA
CNPJ: 54.148.686/0001-91
Avenida Centenário, 5079, Cx. Postal 209 — Próspera
Criciúma — SC, 88811-701, Brazil
Email: contato@izzotodigital.com.br

For any question about this policy or about your data, write to contato@izzotodigital.com.br with “Privacy” in the subject line.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Contact form — your name, email address, chosen topic and the message itself. You provide these deliberately, and we use them only to reply to you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs — our hosting provider records the IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referring page and timestamp of each request. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser. What each one does is described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Advertising and measurement data — collected by third parties, described in section 4.

2.3 What we do not collect

Because of what this site writes about, this list matters more than usual. We do not ask for, want, or store:

  • Social Security numbers, or any part of one
  • Case numbers, claim numbers or EBT card numbers
  • Bank account or payment card details — we sell nothing and charge nothing
  • Medical records, diagnoses or disability documentation
  • Immigration status, or any government identifier

If you send any of this to us anyway — in the contact form, for example — we will delete it rather than file it, and we will tell you that we have. We do not sell personal data, we do not operate reader accounts, and we run no newsletter.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

PurposeData usedLegal basis (GDPR)

If you are in Brazil, the corresponding bases under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018) are consent (Art. 7, I) and legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX).

4. Advertising, including Google AdSense

This site is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense and may use other advertising partners to display ads.

Turning off personalized advertising does not remove advertising. It means the ads you see are chosen from context rather than from a profile of your browsing.

Advertisements on this site are sold and placed by advertising networks, not chosen by us individually. An advertiser appearing here is not endorsed by IP1 Blog, and is certainly not endorsed by any government agency. Be especially careful with any advertisement that offers to file a benefits application for you for a fee — the official applications are free. See our Advertising Disclosure.

5. Consent, and how to change your mind

On your first visit a notice asks whether you accept cookies that are not strictly necessary. Until you accept, we instruct Google’s tags to operate in a restricted mode through Google Consent Mode, with advertising and analytics storage denied by default.

Your choice is remembered in your browser for 180 days. To change it, clear this site’s cookies in your browser settings; the notice will appear again on your next visit. Declining is as easy as accepting — the notice has a Decline button of equal prominence.

6. Who else receives data

RecipientRoleWhat they receive
Hosting providerServes the siteServer log data, site database
CloudflareContent delivery and securityConnection metadata, IP address
Google AdSenseAdvertisingCookies, device and usage data, subject to your consent
Google FontsTypefaces used by the designYour IP address when a font file is requested

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers. We disclose data to a public authority only where a valid legal obligation requires it.

7. International transfers

We are established in Brazil, our servers are operated on our behalf, and the advertising and delivery services above are operated by companies in the United States and elsewhere. Your data therefore crosses borders. Where the GDPR applies, those transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for Brazil-based processing where relevant, and on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards used by the service providers named above.

8. How long we keep things

DataRetention
Contact form messages24 months, then deleted
Server logsTypically 30 days, per our host’s configuration
Spam-prevention records (hashed IP)1 hour
Cookie consent choice180 days, in your browser

9. Your rights

9.1 If you are in the United States

Residents of California (under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and of states with comparable laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana — generally have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising outside the advertising described in section 4, which is subject to your consent. To exercise any right, write to contato@izzotodigital.com.br. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right — the site works identically either way.

9.2 If you are in the EU, the UK or Brazil

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — the ANPD in Brazil, your national data protection authority in the EU, or the ICO in the United Kingdom.

We answer rights requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address the request relates to, which is the only way we can match a request to anything we hold.

10. Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, as those terms are used in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is restricted and protected by strong authentication. Contact form submissions are stored privately and are not published. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — which is another reason the site never asks for sensitive identifiers.

12. Links to other sites

Our articles link to official government pages and to other third-party sites. Once you follow such a link you are on a site we do not control, governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read it, particularly before entering any personal information.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period. This is version 1.0, published on September 17, 2026.
